We believe that true healing is achieved when the patient is fully engaged in their own health and wellbeing. True, sustainable health and wellness is a lifelong journey with many ups and downs and many lessons to be learned along the way. It is about balance and it is about choices. Seeing illness and injury as our body’s way of talking to us and letting us know when we are out of balance, allows us the opportunity to re-examine the choices that we make everyday,so that we can get back in balance.

At my office, I teach my patients about how their bodies work and give them the knowledge to make better, more informed choices when it comes to their health and their family’s health. The information given will assist each patient on their journey to finding sustainable, long lasting balance regarding their health and that of their family and loved ones.

My Approach

I practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to healthcare that utilizes spinal manipulation, massage therapy, nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling, all in an effort to help you achieve optimal wellness. Keeping the body in alignment and functioning properly is essential to getting and staying healthy. Stress, both physical and emotional, poor diet and lack of exercise, all wreak havoc on the body and the immune system and are major contributors to many of today’s health problems.My adjustments are gentle yet effective. I practice a diversified technique of adjusting which means that I use my hands to make the adjustment and not a tool or machine. I believe the only way to truly know what’s going on with the patient’s body is by physically working on them with my hands, so therefore prior to each adjustment, I perform a minimum of 10-20 minutes of soft tissue massage. This not only allows me to see where the problems are, but it also allows you time to relax so that the adjustments can be more effective. And because I value your time like you do, I will never double book patients, I only treat one patient at a time, which allows for personal, one on one attention.
