Tai Chi Yoga FusionIn this class we will fuse Tai chi, Yoga and Qi Gong techniques
to strengthen and heal the body. Tai Chi is an ancient energy art where life force (Chi or Prana) is flowed consciously through
the body to strengthen our connection to all life. Using slow mindful breath and gentle static holds we will draw energy up
from the earth to fortify the physical body. Using breath, intention, stillness and motion, Tai Chi Yoga Fusion will explore
the various forms of energy and how they can be perceived and harnessed for strength and healing. Yoga emphasizes long, straight
lines of energy, in contrast to Tai Chi's rounded form. Yoga reaches to the sky, while Tai Chi sends roots deep into the earth.
The Integration of Tai Chi and Yoga, cultivates radiant life force to restore our energy and increase our subtle awareness.
